MCRE Property Management is a full service residential property management company focused on making property ownership simple and easy. For a decade now, we've helped hundreds of property owners throughout Southern California achieve their investment goals. We take care of your property and your tenants. What we do
Leasing Service for only $950* per residential unit.
Marketing
Effective marketing is crucial to a property owner's success. We will help you set a rental rate that maximizes your return on investment and we'll aggressively market your home using HD photos, 3D tours, video and multiple advertising channels including online platforms and signage.
Showings and Applications
Applicant screening starts from the first contact. We'll make sure that only qualified prospects tour your home. When an application is received, our team will thoroughly screen the applicant to ensure they meet our strict qualifications.
Lease Signing and Move-in Evaluation
Once we've selected a qualified applicant, we will review the lease agreement with them, have it signed, and collect the move-in funds. We will schedule a move-in date and complete a thorough evaluation of the home to document the move-in condition and have the applicant sign off on our report.
Management Services for only $125/month** per residential unit.
Rent Collection, Tenant Relations, and Legal Compliance
With multiple ways to pay, we make paying rent a breeze! We will collect rent, work to resolve any delinquencies, serve 3 day notices when necessary, and provide you with monthly financial reports. Our team stays on top of any changes in landlord-tenant laws and implements any new legal requirements as they come into effect. We will communicate with your tenant on your behalf and work to resolve their concerns.
Maintenance Coordination
Maintenance can be expensive. The last thing you need is for your property manager to make it even more expensive. That's why at MCRE, we do NOT mark up our maintenance. We will coordinate for our trusted, licensed, and insured vendors to complete maintenance at your property. The price they provide us is what you pay. No mark ups, no hidden fees.
Evaluations and Lease Renewal
It's important to keep an eye on your property while also being mindful of your tenant's right to privacy. We will complete a drive-by evaluation of your home on a monthly basis and an interior evaluation of your home on an annual basis. By doing so, we're able to ensure that your home is well kept and that any maintenance/safety concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. Once our evaluation is complete, we'll discuss a renewal offer with you and proceed with the renewal when approved.
